How do I find the man in the graveyard?

The old man in the graveyard is, well, in the graveyard. The entrance to his home is hidden underneath a headstone in the upper-right part of the graveyard.

The "X" represents which headstone you need to move; push it upwards to reveal the staircase.
Keep this in mind: in order to obtain the treasure he has, you'll need at least twelve hearts worth of life.
