Kevin VanOrd reviews Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.
i love this game a lot. the only thing that i dont like is why cant we skip cutscenes ? like iuf i die in a boss fight like the one with Angeal, why do i have to see the cut scene again ?
I honestly love this game, besides the DMW, but I have gotten used to it so then again, it don't matter. I can say doubtlessly anyone can pick this up and play it :D
This game its perfect!! Amazing grafics, history, everyting in this game its good!! Im complete now and i want to play again!! Amazing, just amazing!!
haha ya iv played 4 other ff games and ya they took like 40 hours 2 beat but lol 20 hours is plenty long for me 2 get my moneys worth out of it
The best game of the best on PSP!!!!This is masterpiece! Can't hold tears in the end((( Brilliant, realy brilliant)))
Firaxis5050, you sure made a wrong choice, but not all is lost - buy it before it becomes a relic like FFVII ;]
I was at Gamestop and had a decision between buying this or ModNation Racers. Bought the latter. Starting to regret my decision.
What a fun game, much better then FFXIII. They should make more PSP games that use a similar combat system to this.
This game is amizing , with lots of re play value !!! i'm on my 120th reply ....but sadly you can't skip the cutscenes...
Loved this game. Captured the feel of VII very well which made for some serious nostalgia. But man Kevin's right. I was nearly in tears at the end. And this is yet another game I was able to enjoy the cute-scenes and gameplay equally. Truly incredible game.
Best game for the PSP, but over that the only one interresting, they really should bring this out for PS2 or an overworked version for PS3, cause the PSP is to expensiv to have only one superb game.
i got this game the week it came out, awesome game. lol but he is right the story isnt really long, i got the game, played it for a month got stuck on this part for a week and sold it. about a few months later i got bored and bought it again to find out i was on the last level lol but ive now had the game for a year and still cant beat that final boss xD
This is my first PSP game, gotta say, it's awesome and made some tears fall out. Now i'm going to try get good enough at my guitar to play Price of Freedom :D
I just finished this game today. I've had it for a while and just never got around to playing it. OMG why did I wait? This game is amazing. The gameplay is pretty good (some things kind of suck) but the story is one of the best I've seen. I didn't play this immediately because I figured I pretty much knew this story, how much am I gaining out of it. Wow...this was amazing and it added so much. A must for PSP owners and FF fans.
i got it since release but i only finished it today and i knew there would be something after the credits and i was right p.s i think it at least deserves a 9.5 or possibly a 10 because the story is so god damn amazing a must buy for psp owners and final fantasy fans alike and you can buy FF VII from psn i did and im so excited cant wait to play it :)
Such an amazing game!!!!!! seriously, if you have a psp, you must get this game. This guy is so right too, this game will make you want to cry.
i don't know how much more i have to beat so its been a amazing game so far cause the awesome fighting, great graphs and some of the movies are INCREDIBLE. if u have a psp buy it or u suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
I've been playing rpg video games for alot of years (trust me I'm old) phantasy star 1 on master system and Y's book 1&2. So I feel my age and experience is of value here. This game is nothing short of epic. The music, and gameplay are incredible, and the storyline is absolutely outstanding! Graphics, second to none on the PSP. the cutscenes are amazing, including the limit breaks your perform during battles. This game had me wanting a whole lot more by the ending. I beat this in about 30 or so hours, with approximately 38% of the side missions complete. I will definitely go back to my save point before the final battle and play through all the missions. I cannot stress this enough, if you remotely like RPGs, even if you have never laid eyes on the Final Fantasy series, this game will leave you completely amazed. I'm still totally awestruck at the visuals and mechanics of this game. Hands down THE game to have for PSP. Easily a 10/10 rating for this title. I've waited so long for an engrossing RPG like this one here. Very Enjoyable. Excellent work Square Enix!
