Question about getting Crysis 1 for pre ordering

Do you get it right when you pre order or will you not get it until Crysis 3 comes out?

I imagine you won't get it until release. It's probably a code in the case.

An email after the game is released. That's usually how it seems to go

well that would be bad marketing on their side if you got it before the release of the game, people would just pre order it for crisis one then cancel their pre order that would be a totally free game

I would imagine they do it like other games where there is a code to activate on the Crytek website ==> then you choose your platform ==> then you get a download key for the Xbox 360 version.

Thus this doesn't allow you to get Crysis 1 beforehand or get that and then return the game so you can purchase Crysis 3 at a much reduced price 1-2 months later.
