Bloodless Talisman?

I was looking at the list of site quests on a website and came across the bloodless quest.

It says draven gives you a bloodless talisman to do the bloodless quest.

I don't quite remember him giving me a talisman, although its possible, I don't have a really good memory.

Is it possible that I sold the talisman and therefore it cancelled the quest? Is it a sellable item? I'd really like to know how I can complete the quest

Vigil said all the quests are available to do at any time throughout the game and theres not one that cannot be completed.... So there must be something I'm doing wrong, right>?
