In Dead Island you must hack, slash, and shoot your way off a zombie infested island. At first you choose one of four character with different attributes and skills. Then you find out that your character is immune to the infection, so that means that your the only one who can do any work on the island. Mainly what you do is quest to get weapons, mods, and experience. Weapons range from house knifes to grenades, weapons can be repaired and upgraded at workbenches you can also use your mods if you have the write items needed, like you could put spikes in baseball bat or make a stun gun shotgun. Experience comes from lots of things you do such as killing enemies or completing quest, when you get enough you level up which gives more health points and a skill point to use, the skill point is used to upgrade a skill in one of the three trees in skills like you could upgrade your weapon durability skill or unlock your rage ability. This game is pretty good, not the best zombie game, but is great if you get three of your friends together to play through the whole game together.
