i watched this and the fps runs perfectly, graphics much smoother

but is this game really runs on 60 fps or this video just for X360 ?

Seems to be the same on mine console. Dunno, I think it's the same everywhere.
(I think Graphics might differ depending on your TV.)

this is actually about how camera movements runs smooth, crisp and fast. graphics (i.e : textures, lighting etc..) not what i am talking.

Yes, that's what I meant by "the same". I've never any FPS problems so far. I just wanted to add that your TV might affect the graphics.
