    Ive seen pics with Leifang and Kasumi with their hair down, how?

    This only works for certain characters, and you do it by pressing L1 / R1 while choosing a character. As far as I remember L1 puts Kasumi's hair down.

    Use this site and it'll tell you which buttons change hair/accessories.
