I have been a fan of the Dead or Alive series since the 2nd game the combat is easy to pick up and learn, and each character has their own distinctive flair. Graphically the game is beautiful from the character design to the environments they fight in also the interactivity of the environments are also nice. Game play is tight and easy to learn the player tutorial is very helpful to make the most casual of players get some skill. Overall Dead or Alive is a great addition to the series it's tight controls make the game a blast, and of course the sexy vixens make it worth while, but the soul of Dead or Alive 5 is definitively the game play every hit, combo, hold and, throw are devastating using the environment to blow your opponent up for extra damage a plus. Dead or Alive has always focused on sex appeal, and I am glad Team Ninja focused on the game play rather than just hot chicks. It is a fun game and, easy to pick up for any fighting game fan from the casual to the hard core.
