I'm on the fence on this game. I wanted to like DOA4, but I was so awful at it. I'd constantly get beat up by a cpu controlled opponent. And the final battle, sheesh, I think I'd only win by pure luck after 10 or so retries. There just seemed to be a certain skill threshold that I could not surpass, no matter how much I played. That game desperately needed a difficulty setting (imho).
"we did this, we did that and improved this" , sure dude, we all know what y'all did was making dem boobies bounce more.
Wow! So it sounds like DOA is going to be more like Virtua Fighter. I'm not sure if that's going to be good or bad.
Don't try to reinvent the wheel... Don't try to fix what isn't broken... DOA is my favorite fighting game franchise... If they dumb it down like Ninja Gaiden 3 I will be extremely disappointed...
hmm not so sure about this one now , didn't know they changed it by that much ..this isn't how the direction should be..

2 Like DOA is the most balanced out of tekken and virtua fighter. You make a mistake, youre getting punished kid. In tekken and virtua fighter most moves you can keep going and going and going and not even get punished for it yet those games have more "depth"? Dude dont even get me started, I can back up my opinion because I can DEMOLISH ANYONE on DOA without spamming. I can go on VIRTUA FIGHTER, I dont even play it EVERYDAY, I play it once a week AND BEAT THE HIGH RANKS that I seen since LAUNCH, kid dont even start with me, I can prove myself in both games, YOU CANT, so shut your mouth, btw I havent even tried to get good at tekken thats how sloppy and bad it is, virtua fighter is only 1 step ahead of tekken. Once again dont respond unless you're good at VF or DOA because theres no way in hell you would ever beat me in DOA, I have 100% control over myself and my opponents, in virtua fighter is more sloppy, anything can happen, punch grabbing and turtling seems to be ACCEPTABLE to that community, how pathetic, I still win without having to result to it though, I dont do this for a living boys, I GET THAT MONEY!
lol!! Complete crap dude. DOA is a casual fighter that people try to make big. It's a spamfest. DOA is not better than Tekken or VF. What's your gamertag? I've probably played you before. lol! And even the so called "pros" avoid the question when asked is it a button masher. lol!! And it seems punch grabbing and turtling is extremely acceptable in the DOA community. DOA is not more balanced than Tekken and VF, sorry. lol
@HarryOsborn champs dont need to talk much of his skills, champs went to tournament and made name among the best. gtfo here
