What is the status regarding the lawsuit on this game?

I heard George Romeo doesn't even know about this lawsuit and that they have stopped producing copies of this game...What's going on?

They were sued but shortly thereafter the lawsuit was dropped because the judge stated zombies in a mall is hardly a copywritable idea.

Well I'm sure the copies have shortened but that's not because of that lawsuit, It's because of the date of release of the game. Older games = Harder to find. Unless it's like Cars or something.
