You redeem them on the site and it gives you stuff for the game when it comes out. You just need to register on the site and it will be your log in info for the game.

I have been able to get all of them to work. It put me at level 6. Any idea how this will work in the final game? How do we get the bonuses applied to our characters?
Also, this My Ego thing is an awesome idea.

Probably by linking your account and console, which until we have the game we won't be able to do.

There's currently only 36 of the 120, last I checked. Use the official Defiance forum, every time a code is found one of the guys adds it to his sig. They keep the spreadsheet up to date as much as possible.

It's up to 38 codes now, they released an animated video with two codes in it. Check the Google Doc on the first page, it already has the updated information.
