Okay did I played harder game on PS2? To be honest - no. But this wasn't bad experience. Nope, that was one of the best games I ever played.
After a loosy DMC2 I though Capcom won't gonna give as a good DMC anymore. Well, I was wrong (thank godness!). The 3rd game in series is awesome Action / Adventure game with a great storyline and lifespawn.
Gameplay: As I already told, gameplay is good. The game hooks and never loose you. Okay, okay I know the game is hard but after You get used to the controls and the combos everything gets better and better. Storyline is... yes I can say that it's perfect.
Graphics: Great, all I can say. The game never slows down even there are 10 or more monsters on the screen. No slowdowns mean more fun. The models and the cutscenes are made really well. The motion capture (which was used in a lot of places of the game) works good.
Sound: Oh well, the most thing (yeah well, one of the most) I liked about the game was Dante's phrases. Like:
"I can already tell. Looks like this is going to be one hell of a party!"
or
"Wow, I've never seen a talking mutt before.
You know in a dog show, you'd definitely take the first place."
Value: It's not the longest game if you could beat all levels from the first try, but... yup, you can't. So this game have really great lifespan.
Reviewer's Tilt: Great game, nuff said.
My Score - 9.7 - SUPERB (ahh, I wanted Perfect :))

Don't believe the hype, archaic game controls damage a fun game.
