@Yasso dude i was thinking the same thing... i just got done watching the homefront and medal of honor videos and thin watching this, i have to agree, they do seem very behind on graphics, none the less i am still going to play this game.
Good ol' guitars... This girl sways really fine here, but I hope she won't be too girly in melee like her predecessor. Hail to the Hammerman or should I say Hammerwraith !!
I was so excited about Diablo III when the very first trailer came out. Frankly, I've no idea why so many people, including GameSpot members are still this excited about it. I mean, from Warcraft 3, through WoW, and to....this? I thought that Blizzard would move out of this color palette they've been using for like two decades for heaven's sake, producing those cartoonish graphics for all their games! I wish Blizzard's games had ANYTHING at all to do with the look of their....trailers.
Longer production should mean better quality right? The graphics engine can be tweaked within a few months of release but the story and game-play should take time. Think of it like a baby, it might look ok (maybe a little tiny) if it comes out two months early but it might also be completely brain dead.
Im sick of all those doubters out there that think the longer it take to make the more likely the game will come out with graphics outdated to its release date. I have to say screw you and let Blizzard take their time and make the storyline and overall gameplay epic. Who cares about the graphics not being the best, look at diablo 2... i can play it even today and get obsessed with it despite the graphics being out dated. I have to admit that this trailer shows how good the gameplay graphics are. Can't wait!
I was always the melee focused character in RPG games (or the archer, in the case of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance), but after seeing this trailer I really wanna be a magic-focused character!!!!

wow. I have never really played the wizard classes before. was never able to get a feel for it, Didn't like the playing style i guess. This video is making me dig out the old games and try them again. Only thing i can give advice to Blizzard about is... Take your sweet time and make this game Golden!
after i watch the official trailer, i conclude that i have to be worry about the characterizing... because from what i saw there's only one *woman* (honestly i don't care whether is it woman or a man) who acted as hero...i hope this is only my void-curiosity

Maybe King Leoric was ressurected somehow by tyreal because if i recall right,they mentioned something about Tyreal beaing a deciever earlier in the development.

LOL people complaining about the graphics, the game doesnt come out for months, you do know the graphics engine is still being constructed right!? you'd be lucky, a year before release if the graphical build is even 50% finished.
youre all too picky, did u really want another 2Dish game like D2? or would u want them to step it up? this games going to be epic and you all know it. so stop the hating and just admit its going to be awesome. diablo has always been awesome and since its been what, 10 years since D2, i figure they've put a lot of thought into this one and how to make it awesome. peace
I don't know how to feel about these graphics... the 3D takes the gritty feel away from it. But all the same, it's well done. The magic effects are fantastic, that's for sure. As far as gameplay goes, it looks brutal and fast paced. My initial fears are now gone. I'm pretty stoked for this game.
I loved Diablo II. The type of gameplay of Diablo II is exactly the type of game I want to play. Even now I'm still replaying Diablo II. Cannot wait for Diablo III to come out. It will be epic!

thats it as soon as i graduate im going to blizzard and get myself hired plus got a nice idea that might just turn into the bigest mmo the world will ever see only problem is it would require masive broadband and maybe 5 years of developement
well u cant have top notch graphics in a mmo game thats might get even more players than wow not that many people have broadband the size of a street
looks like it will have a dinamic and interactive gameplay, very nice but graphics are not an example of this era of videogames.
I am a huge Diablo fan, but those graphics look terrible. This trailer was kind of a disappointment.

For some reason people have givin electronic eye thumbs down even though they made sure the message was clear about it just being that they wouldnt like the game with no mention of it being a "bad" game and they said they thought the trailer took too long to get goin not IT TOOK TO LONG TO GET GoIN! you people make me SICK! not really
New to the Diablo franchise. Trailer took way too long to get going in my book. Once it did, mmm...not my cup of tea.
