I cannot get Asagi HD !!?

I really did what are required to get her. Downloaded the latest patch and defeated the SD Asagi. What's wrong guys ? And does the Asagi HD skills required to special stalker trophy ? Please help :(

Do I have to increase her level to 9999 in order to get the bill ? I did everything and by everything I mean everything !! :(

I have used the duping trick. Does it block the bill ??

Downloading HD Asagi should unlock a new level where you fight HD Asagi. Beating her unlocks a bill that only Asagi can call to switch her. She loses everything during the change, and is for all intents and purposes a separate character.
