RP and Enemy Magichange?

So the enemies in Reverse pirating on floor 100 in a r40 item have like 10-15m in each stat BUT when they do a regular magichange they max out all their stats like 99,999,999......?

Anyone have a reason why this happens? Or is it normal? Can I capture them lol?

This is normal in the Land of Carnage. they're in the Carnage Master club which is similar to the Shura Support Group from Disgaea 3. and no, you cannot capture any enemies with a Magichange weapon.
