Trouble with Big Bang?

Okay, so this has happened a couple times now.

I have Fenrich with Big Bang equipped fine, everyone goes into the Character World and most generally learn Big Bang, but sometimes not.

At the moment, I have a level 1000 Battle Master with 125 000 Mana and can't learn Big Bang. I can learn every other one of Fenrich's skill except, what gives?

Some can't learn skills because it isn't their weapon forte, to know what their weapon forte is just check status. Battle master? I have every class unlocked and there is no such class or are you talking about bouncer, warrior, android, ninja.

Both characters need to be in the same Evil Symbol for it to work properly. and the Battle Master is a Tier 6 Male Warrior class.

It has to be his weapon forte as jonny41177 said how ever you could always reincarnate him into someone with a fist weapon forte learn the skill then change him back he'll keep that ability and all of his others as well as any evilities you may have learned.
