Been a while since I've played...how do you teach someone spells

Like the main character. I recall from previous Disgaea's that you create a sub char like a cleric then place them next to the creator, cast the spell until its level 1 then you keep it. How does it work in 4? Thanks.

You gotta teach them through Chara World.

- Have Cam-Pain available
- Have Chara World available (unlock it by having 100 levels or more worth of reincarnation in a single character)
- Put the character you want to learn the skill AND the character to learn the skill from (aka the teacher) in the same Evil Symbol area
- Dive into the Chara World of the learner and pick inherit skill route
- Continue diving into floor 8 and you'll get the option to learn

floor 9, actually. and note that every skill learned through Chara World costs 10 times the normal mana cost. also, u have to pass the initial bill before u truly unlock the Chara World.
