    You can register an idol senator that you previously met and use that. Registered foreign ministers appear almost all the time with each presented bill. I imagine that's what most people do. Have you not seen at least one idol before?

    yea i dont think i have? ive had online capabilities off this whole time, and wasnt really sure how it worked at all until i looked into it recently
