Implying how someone else feels about something has any bearing on how you feel about it. What is your point?
Metacritic is an average score taken from all of the major sites, magazines, and newspapers. Its there to provide with what the general consensus on a game, film, tv show, or album. Also user reviews are almost always spot on with the critics.
Individually yes, you are right. A single opinion doesn't matter.
But when the general consensus on something is either good or bad, then it most likely is.
If you disagree with it then it means you like something bad, or you hate something good.

User reviews are never on spot. If someone doesn't like one thing about it, or doesn't understand how to play they give it a 0.
