    Specifically do you keep all your upgrades that you've baught so that even when you go back to the first mission you still have everything that you've baught? Are all the runes and bone charms still in your possesion as you go back to missions? I'm just wondering because I want to know how worth it is it to get everything in this game.

    When you replay a mission, you begin the mission with everything you had when you originally played the mission.  So if you go back to play mission one after you've finished the game, you begin with nothing-
