This was an enjoyable game. It feels like the Thief games is back, without the sarcasm. I really hope the downloadable content brings some more characters and sections to the overall game play. I love the open mission alternatives. Also, the chaos level is a great addition to the game as that really changes some of the play. rnrnConversations are a big part of this game, and just eavesdropping could bring you alternate routes or loot.rnrnThe leveling through finding runes is very interesting. I liked it. And the choices on leveling weren't onerous. One could really choose their play type. Further, the ability to pick and choose, at any time, the alternate "helpers" was a great thing. rnrnThe final/boss battles weren't that hard, but one needed a strategy in order to be stealthy. Hacking and slashing, a lot of the time, just got one mobbed and killed.rnI enjoyed the fact that one did not have to kill anyone in this entire game, if you choose that path. rn

Dishonored may feel a little too underwhelming at first but if you stick with it you may be surprised with its depth.

A well designed action game, Dishonored gives you multiple ways to play, but a few mis-steps let it down.

"Dishonored" is a disappointment and should not be played due to better alternatives.
