Hidden heroes in float yard?

Only collect one -- Oswald or Mickey.

Finish the boss, and come back with the Heroes Map.

In the Floatyard candy canyon, on the upper bridge, there is an Oswald on the side closest to the Cuckoo clock tunnel. No thinning necessary.

In the first diorama, there is a hidden Oswald to the right of the entrance, over a wooden soldier. Thin out the area.

To the left of that wooden soldier is a thinnable area, with a trapped gremlin inside. There are 2 hidden Mickeys in there. Take out the camera and scan the starbursts.

In the third diorama, there is a hidden Mickey on the far wall, where you thin out the wall.
