- "Just plain fun"
Devil May Cry has been characterized as a demon beatem-up with an attitude, and that's exactly what you get with the newest of the series. The combos are fun and easy to comprehend, and each of the demons that Dante faces can have it's own method of beating it so it isn't just a matter button mashing, but contemplating certain weaknesses. Dante himself comes back with his own "f*ck you it's my world and your just in it." Until the plot takes a turn and he realizes there is more to the world. The different weapons Dante acquires allows him different attack types whether it be effecting a wide area around him like the angel weapons or doing huge damage to a single target like the demon weapons, Dante always has a tool for the job. The boss fights are fairly interesting and allow for some pretty funny dialogue quick time events are in the new Devil May Cry but they are pretty rare.

DMC may have a new coat of paint but this Devil May Cry reboot is far from a disappointment.
