this games too easy did better than that on demo. and actually, all you saw are easily done on demo so don't forget that. I'm just wondering about the story, but it'll definitly won't be like Dante's Inferno (Poem) cuz the original series was based on it (like Dante's Inferno game). so it'll be pretty messed up if they change the style
Great Capcom needs money and This Dmc is a joke...why not remake megaman and make a good one put your money in to that
i liked the new dante better when he looked like an emo drug dealer kid. But all you dumb asses started complaining about it and the devs changed him up a bit. SCREW YOU ALL!!!

For me, I hope they explain why he has black hair OR. that his hair turns white at some point. if it does NOT. then this really is a remake! and i did NOT know that the devil may cry series needed a reboot!!!

@carlusofwar Plenty of gameplay videos show his hair go white and his coat go red, making him look like the old dante, im assuming this is his devil trigger state
@ShadowlordZer0 like i meant in previous posts: i am sure it will be fine! :) as long as they dont change to much of the control aspect,. it doesnt really matter to me what color his hair is. as long as i enjoy the game.... and in cas u need an example to know what i mean:

@carlusofwar in one of the trailers you see him get white hair so i think its just like DMC3 probably gonna reveal more about Virgil, i hope they dont reboot it all lol but they do need to decide whats happening in present time lol, although notice that they done devil may cry, then DMC2 then DMC 3 which was in the past, then DMC4 then this, which is in the past so they'll probably release something that rely's on DMC6? lol probably to do with Virgil maybe coming back after all this time coz they ended his character pretty quick in DMC3
The underlying problem isnt Dantes hair color by itself its a combination of things that make this game seem like a cash-in using the DMC name to make a CoD-esque type of game where things are thrown into the game just cause without a logical reason for them being there in the first place.This game smells like a cash-in made for the excuse to pump on-disc dlc and more sequels...Im calling it from now watch there be a DMC 2 announced after this gets released and the heat on it cools down.
1 Like After all the flashy cg movies comes a low-res in game recorded by..a cellphone? not considering the graphics, even the fluidity of the fighting seems bad. I've spent some good time with the preivous DMCs, and though not a fan, this seems seriously disappointing.
1 Like just when it couldn't get any crappier. i mean why did you do this to dante ninja theory. you transform a good looking badass character into dousch bag and not to mention that the gameplay is a typical hack'n'slashing game. who would've thought that a company like ninja theory that made a badass inovating game like heavenly sword would make a very normal and lack of inovation hack'n'slashing game

Oh no, Dante has black hair! ... get a grip, people.This is a reboot as much as a prequel, they can change whatever the hell they like as long as it retains the same basic flavours, which it does. Whilst people are being butthurt that Dante has angel powers and short black hair, I'll be enjoying juggling enemies into the air with a sword and holding them up with Ebony and Ivory. This game looks like it's going to be awesome.
@gundam7000 I don't think he did. A: This is a video game, it's completely different, it's a reboot. You judge it on its own merits when it comes out, if you don't like how Dante looks and that's enough to make you unable to buy the game, that's up to you.
B: My mum could do whatever the hell she wanted to make herself look different, I wouldn't care one bit.
C: How does that even make sense, can't you think of a comparison that doesn't include "your mom".
