Bring up the console via Ctrl-Alt-` (aka C-M-`) and type these in.

clearlights	Turn all lights off except for your flashlight
clear	Clear console
kill	Suicide! (Useful for when you get stuck somewhere)
com_showfps 1	Enable frames-per-second display
freeze	Freeze everything on screen
benchmark	Run game benchmark
god	God Mode (must be re-entered in every level)
gfxinfo	Graphics card information
notarget	Make self invisible to most enemies
killmoveables	Kill all enemies that are moving
killragdolls	Kill all still enemies
killmonsters	Kill all monsters
listmonsters	View images of monsters
listlightdefs	Lists def file settings
testlight	Creates better lighting to see better
editor	Run map editor
quit	Quit game
avidemo	Save a demo of you playing to an AVI file
say <foo>	Says <foo> to everyone in multiplayer
status	View game status
noclip	Disable clipping (i.e. you can walk/float through solid objects)

Open the console via Ctrl-Alt-` (aka C-M-`) and type these in.

pm_runspeed ###	Set how fast you sprint
pm_walkspeed ###	Set how fast you walk
pm_noclipspeed ###	Set how fast you float around in noclip mode
pm_jumpheight ###	Set how high you jump
set g_dragentity 1	Grabs things you shoot at
com_fixedtic -1	Disable 60 fps limit
g_showprojectilepct 1	Enable hit percentage on HUD
g_showlevelmeter 1	Enable sound level on HUD
g_nightmare 1	Unlock Nightmare difficulty
g_showplayershadow 1	Enables your shadow in campaign
pm_thirdpersonangle ###	Change angle of camera in 3rd-person mode (180 is in front of you)
pm_thirdpersonrange ###	Change distance camera is away from character in 3rd-person mode (0 is basically 1st-person view, 80 is default 3rd-person view)
pm_thirdpersonheight ###	Change the height of the camera from character in 3rd-person mode (negative values are below character)
pm_thirdperson 1	Enable 3rd-person mode
