The Rock Wraith is immune to lightning spells and other electricity effects. The best way to defeat it is through the use of Ice and/or Spirit magic, which it is vulnerable to. Fire and Nature spells deal normal damage.
Some tips:
- Buff up your party's lightning resistance before the fight as most of its attacks are lightning-based.
- Occupy the Wraith's attention with a strong tank and use archers/mages to attack from range.
- Watch out for its area of effect attacks. You can tell it's coming when it starts to curl up and collect energy in the center. You can avoid this by keeping your party behind one of the 4 pillars in the area.
- After the attack, its core will be exposed and it'll summon Profanes. Use AOE spells to deal with the spawned minions while the rest of your party focuses on the core, you'll do bonus damage when the core is exposed.
- Use Hex of Torment (reduces enemy's damage resistance) or Mark of Death (deals additional damage to target).
- Heal often.

You could use the information Phazer gave you or cheat and glitch the game. Depends if you want to do it the easy way or the hard way.
The video below shows how to achieve the glitch:

Basically monster that have the ability to teleport or burrow can cause a glitch that means you have health regneration. To use the glitch all you have to do is wait for the monster to burrow or disapear when using teleport, then cast regroup. It should hopefully cause the glitch to work.
I would try and defeat the Rock Wraith without the glitch first. Then if you have been trying for ages us the glitch to progress through the game.
