How do I solve Herbalists Tasks?

I can't seem to find the pure Ironbark. The journal entry says to check with the dalish, and the main map shows the mission marker there as well, but I've looked all over and can't find it.

You must talk to the Dalish Master Ilen in the Dalish Camp. He will guide you to the Iron Bark after asking if he has any for sale.
