How do I solve Herbalists Tasks?

I can't seem to find the pure Ironbark. The journal entry says to check with the dalish, and the main map shows the mission marker there as well, but I've looked all over and can't find it.

You have to talk to merchant in the Dalish camp at the bottom of the mountain, if you ask him about the iron bark he will tell you the location you can find it on the map.
