Does DA2 GoD includes Black Emporium?

I was wondering if Game on Demand version of DA2 have Black Emporium included for free like the the unused retail disc version?

Sorry, I actually checked earlier, after getting off the computer, and it is actually the first line of the description for Black Emporium, not DA2, that says it is included with the GoD version.
