face, all I see is hair. Each time he appears; even after saving and reloading. This is my first playthrough, so hopefully in future plays he will be complete. It's kinda freaky.

Huh. Try backing up your saves and reinstalling. If that doesn't work, try deleting (if you have it) or installing (if you don't have it) the high resolution texture pack.

Have you patched your game?
Because I had problems with Orsino and Meredith's Robes and Armor getting color before I patched my game, and one time I had the opposite problem from you, they had no bodies, Orsino was a Head and a Staff, and Meredith was a Sword and a Head, was rather funny actually.

Occasionally, there is also a pattern of colors all over Lowtown, like sunlight through a Rose Window. Pretty, but I wonder what it is.

I've had textures disappear a couple times, like characters robes will lose all detail. Usually turning the xbox on and off works to fix it.
