No Extras menu

    I bought the "Kick Ass Edition" at bargain price. Included in it is a code to unlock extras ("Duke's Big Package"). Instructions are to start the game, select "Extras" from the menu and enter the code. 

     

    My problem is that there is no "Extras" option in any menu I can find. Why? Did the developers remove it in an update just to be mean, or what is going on?

    I win, I am the all time winner for pawning this sh!t game. I am the last to post on this. Postal dude failed, and of course our dumb ass buddy Buzz who probably raged in his sleep for getting banned forever on here hahaha you like that Buzz? Like being banned and not being able to defend a game that is so bad that those that defend it are most likely living witht heir moms? Cmon say something I dare ya! Thats what I thoguht F)ggot.
