How do I solve Wagon Shipment?

Is this the wagon shipment outside of Stonebridge? If so, there is an area near a dead donkey or mule. You have to leave the town and go back towards the swamp that you just came from. The map show that there is a little side area. This is where you go to kill the wagon thieves. If you've gone to the area where there was a "quickly set up camp" then you are not in the right place.
