    The game seems to play at 480P on my 1080P monitor. I have no idea why and its the only game that does this. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Semi-troll, semi-honest answer?  If there is any fault with this one -- technical or otherwise -- it's certainly not on you, me and whatever TV/monitor we happen to use.  To be direct, yes I had the low-res problem too, but I doubt 1080p will look much better.
