Are these suits permanent? Is so then what's so special about them besides it having a light green color-scheme and being exclusive? TBH, they seem like a reskinned militia armor.

They are.

Basically the Aurum suits/weapons/vehicles are neat-looking stuff and/or stuff you can buy if you don't have enough ISK but still gotta have it.
