DW3 empires doesn't exist. This screen shot is from the asian version of the game which in fact would be number 3 over there and 4 over here for us. So Mr. webmastah u don't unless u own the asian version of the video game. Also to add on this please stop posting pictures of old games in the series and saying its the new game and for another thing its dynasty warriors 7 that is coming out. Thank you have a gud day!

DW3E doesn't exist, but this is the DW4E instead in the NA.
