Does anyone know how many blocks the digital version takes?
I'm thinking of getting it later this week.

Downloading it at the moment. Seemed like it said 1903 blocks, but that seems so small. There are demos larger than that.

Do you have to have a Japanese 3DS to access the Japanese Eshop or could you use an USA 3DS with a Japanese account?

Only a Japanese 3DS can access the Japanese eShop.

It is region locked just like the cartridges.
