I have never played a hockey game with so much depth and options then this game. If you are an avid hockey fan, i highly recommend this game. It has a vast selection of teams from Belarus to the 1972 Boston Bruins, to the All-time Maple Leafs, to Team Canada. There is also skills competitions and many mini games to have fun with. Speaking of depth, you are able to unlock every single jersey ever in play in te NHL. You can get Montreal Maroons, California Golden Seals and many more. You are also able to unlock arenas such as a farm, a dessert, a space station and many other arena's. Including all of those options, the controls are good and the graphics i'd give 9/10. I hope my review has helped you decide about this game.
PS: I hope that 2k9 will be as good as 2k5, and not like 2k8.
