Good things come to those who wait.
From the producer of the original Devil May Cry and Resident Evil 4 comes the next installment in the hugely successful stylized action series that has so far achieved global sales of nearly seven million units.

Now coming to your PC, this version will benefit from having more modes and more visual customization options to help enhance their demon-slaying action. Turbo mode turn-ups the action to insane speeds, while Legendary Dark Knight Mode harnesses advanced PC processing power and fills the screen with an unbelievable number of enemies for extra difficulty.

Moreover, familiar enemies from the console versions now show-up in new locations in the PC version. The high resolution screen settings allow the cut scenes of the game to run at up to 120 frames per second (up from 30 frames per second in the console version of the game). Slider options are available to manage various visual effects seen throughout the game. Devil May Cry 4 for the PC will have both DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 modes, and will also be compliant with the Games For Windows program.

This download includes a demo with 10 minutes of gameplay and a complete boss fight, as well as a benchmarking program.

Download manager was discontinued as of the 8th. Pretty craptastic imo, I usually got three times the speed using it than the direct links.

Did anyone else get the game to run on these pc specs

    Directx 10
    AMD dual-core 16ghz
    Ati xpress 1150 (256mb)
    1 gb ram
    resolution 1280 x 1000

I'm not sure if aamun007 is telling the truth that he got it to work cause I know that the Ati xpress 1150 card is a pixel shader 2.0 card. This game don't support pixel shader 2.0 cards, I also tried it on vista directx 10 with these specs and it said DirectX failed to initialize. I assume that it is due to the card not being supported by the game.

    Any suggestions?

dammit, now i have to go buy a control pad, which'll make it much harder to hide the fact that i'm playin games instead of working. but i guess dmc4 is a game worth getting caught with. hacking stuff up with a sword is always awesome!!
