Problem Running F1 All stars on PS3

Hi I am having problem running F1 all stars on Ps3. I got my CD changed from stores but with no luck. The problem is that on the title screen when you click start the screen goes blue and then black. the black screen remains for a couple of minutes than the PS system resets to main menu. The system is up to date with updates and the game was also updated before start as prompted. could it be that the game may not have updated properly is their a way to reset the update and update again, not quite sure. The game region is Australia. Thank you,
