Having trouble with final silver keys (spoiler)?

I have found all but two keys, one in Bowerstone Market, and Bloodstone. I am fairly confident both require the dog to dig up. Naturally, I chose one of the choices that keeps the dog in the afterlife. Is it still possible to obtain these keys on the current file?

1 of the keys, no u cant get it after u choose any of the end game options. it literally disappears. its the one in bowerstone market that does it i went thru THREE games b4 being able to get the achievement
