- "Just plain fun"
Fable II is one of those games that makes you feel powerful. You choose to do things in the game that you possibly wouldn't even consider doing in real life, and that is what makes Fable II such a memorable game.
With a very simple yet satisfying plot in the game, Fable II starts you out as a little boy nicknamed "Sparrow", who is told to buy a magic box that is worth 5 coins. Getting the 5 coins is where you start to feel the most powerful, since this is the first time that you get to make decisions regarding the future of the town of Bowerstone.
Choose to do good choices in the game and Bowerstone will be a very wonderful town, but choose to do everything to help the bad guys, and Bowerstone is just gonna be a town with strippers walking all over the place.
You then get your magical box and wish to live in a castle. Unfortunately, when you get there, your sister is shot to death and you are thrown out a window. You somehow survive considering the facts that the window was well over 200 feet off the ground and you hit your head on a roof.
After this one cut scene, you are then taken to your teen life. You are then taken out of the gypsy camp you were taken care of and go out into your life of adventure.
Now the good thing about Fable II is that you have a little glowing trail that will tell you were to go. You might probably get so hooked into the trail and your task, that you will forget to explore the land of Albion. Fortunately, you have Man's best friend to stop you from doing that. Depending on your dogs treasure hunting skills, he will tell you to go open a chest or to go and dig up something.
Now you can either do the main quest, or you can go and do what you want. You can get married and have kids, or you can just go and get drunk in the bar.
Now you have the option of being either good or evil in the game. Depending on what you do will change the way that people look at you. Kill innocent people of Albion, and you are most likely to be hated by everyone, but on the other hand, do good things and everyone will wanna have sex with you.
Fighting is based on 3 weapons. Y is ranged weapons, B is magic, and finally X is melee. Although you might want to stick to one of them, it is better to use all of them to gain experience points to enhance your character.
There is still so much to talk about Albion. If you are Interested in buying this game, then go and get yourself a copy of this wonderful game.

The medieval accountant, Boros, now has been tasked with filing hammers into faces, with less story about why to do so.
