I can safely say that this game add-on was better than the actual game.

Fallout: New Vegas Old World Blues

*SPOILERS ALLERT!*

So when I got this add-on I figured it would be the same as all the other ones. Short, dull and a few missions on the side. I was, however, quite surprised by this one. Right off the bat you go into this room call "The Thinking Tank" which is filled with these creepy robots with monitor eyes and mouth and a brain in a tank. When you talk to the lead robot all the other ones has their voice go through him, which is really confusing but you'll ultimately get it. They basically got rid of the dialog at the very beginning of the story, this however takes forever. But it is humorous, the different robot bicker to each other along with puns and really…disturbing. Also at the beginning it gives you some really good perks for absolutely no work (which is helpful since they cut the number of perks you can have by half…). Once you get your perks and finish with the awkward talking you take off to you new home, which is given to you for no work at your part. At this point, you are free, even though they say that you should do their stuff right away you really don't have to.

The places you can explore are really interesting. They have done something with it that was barely touched in previous Fallout games and it is "bosses". Slightly stronger versions of an enemy with high rewards if you kill it. They would occasionally show up in different maps but now it's almost every single one. And in these new places are container that are rarely "empty" so there is more to loot.

Okay, the house you get which is call "The Sink" gets its own paragraph. This house is perhaps the best reason to buy this add-on. The object inside it has their own personalities. Once you find the codes to activate them then they turn on and show you their personality. One is a neurotic Securitron that cleans dishes. Another is a toaster that is so filled with hate and evil that he tortures other toasters for you. There are so many others and it is hilarious. And there is also a suit that talks to you while you wear it!

Lastly I'll wrap up the rest of the game. This add-on is, by far, better than the original Fallout: New Vegas. One major reason is the fact that there is radiation, a concept that seemed to be missed by the game designers of New Vegas. The terminals that you find also have very quick reads. A few bugs I found are easily fixed in a patch and it's the "Lobotomit Jumpsuit" weighs 10 which is very unrealistic and one of the houses in "Higgs" should say 100 but instead 00. This game, sadly, carries the previous bugs from New Vegas. This game is the best add-on to the New Vegas series and can beat New Vegas itself!
