is all the DLC on a disc?

is all the DLC this game comes with on a disc or is it just a stupid online code to d.load it? I have the special edition of the regular version i never opened so i figure it would be worth picking this up to actually play this, but i cant stand DLC codes. Too many issues with DRM, and friggin expiration dates and stuff like that

I know the boarderlands ultimate edition had 2 versions one with the disc and one with a code, so i just want to check what this comes with before i buy it. I guess i'll probably pass if its just a code

also 2 side questions:
1st: im assuming this version already has all the patches and stuff? So you have a fixed version right outa the box?

and 2nd: does this have ALL the DLC?

There are two discs: disc 1 is the game disc and disc 2 has all of the DLC on it to download to your hard drive
It has all of the DLC by the way

The Ultimate Edition is up to date on all of the patches.

I know you say all the DLC, but does that really also include Courier's Stash and Gun Runner's Arsenal?
