Burned Man?

Has anyone run across the Burned Man (Joshua Graham, Caesar's first Legate who was set on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon)? He is mentioned frequently by the Legion and slaves, and I didn't know if he actually exists or if it's just a legend.

I think he might be part of a add on called Honest Hearts,if you go to fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Honest_Hearts
there is a picture with his name and it says he lives.
