Lucked out big time on this game, I was at Best Buy and they happened to have the game on sale for ten bucks. I could not pass it up and I am so glad I decided to buy. Honestly this game reminds me of what it would be like if the world of Red Dead Redemption existed at the time of the nuclear war.
That being said, I really am enjoying this game. I am about 25 hours in and I have not had one issue playing the game so far. I am sure this has to do with all the patching that has taken place recently.
I am finding the story to be extremely interesting, and I am unsure of which side I am going to side with at the end of the game. I am however, leaning toward the NCR or Mr. House.
The main quests and the side quests are pretty fun, but as in most games you have to complete a ton of tasks for complete strangers. While it can be annoying at times, if you take the opportunity to read and talk to as many people as possible you really get a good idea about the reality that is the wasteland.
I recommend this game to everyone who likes first person shooters and role playing games. If you are not of fan of both you will probably not like this game.

Even with its technical issues this game is easily recommended for any rpg fan.

A well-crafted Fallout game marred by a lack of polish or considerable improvements over Fallout 3.
