Communication Center re-entry

    Just wondering if anyone knows how to get back into the comm center AFTER completing the game. I'm on a hunt for all loot chest/relics/yada yada and forgot to pick some up in there during the mission.

    I can get to the top (by parking a truck close to the door and jumping up), but I cannot get into it (the original ladder used to get up to the roof is hoarded off). I cannot interact with the front door, nor blow it up.

    Any thoughts? Anyone know a side entrance?
