The levels done by the people all over the world are just mind blowing. I love that this game just gets bigger and better. The PS Vita was made for this game. On another point...I have a Retro Twin Stick Shooter just been improved with only a couple of plays. I hope some of you will give it a go and like it. Cheers. http://vita.lbp.me/v/-bxr6
A few months after the release of LittleBigPlanet Vita, we check out some of its best user-created levels and minigames.
If you enjoy using LBP Vita's grappling hook you have to play this minigame. Swing from peg to peg scoring points anytime you latch onto one that's blue, and be sure to steer clear of the homing missiles that are introduced as your three-minute game progresses.
This simple touch-screen minigame tasks you with keeping a cephalopod's hunger at bay by dragging food into its mouth. The healthier the food, the more hunger is satiated and, as detailed in the game's rules, you should avoid feeding it gasoline and used syringes.
Possibly the most baffling few minutes you will ever spend with your Vita. Use a giant cat head to knock small, noisy cats falling from the sky into different buckets. Proof that there's a fine line between genius and insanity?
This recreation of Frogger looks and plays a lot like the original and, as a result, can only be played using the d-pad. You only get to successfully navigate the road and river five times before the game ends, but replaying for high scores is a lot of fun.
Cows on a Biplane
Superb execution of a simple idea. Circular cows fall from the sky and land on the wings of your biplane. Tilt your Vita to roll them off before their weight sends you plummeting back to earth.
Galactic Shootout (v1.9)
Nothing complicated about this retro shooter. Orient your Vita vertically and shoot at the aliens as your craft flies through space. A significant update is purportedly coming soon, so not a bad one to bookmark.
Found (or created) a great LittleBigPlanet Vita level that you think should be included in this feature? Let us know in the comments below and, if we like it, we'll include it in an update.
totenhaus zombies, unlike most zombie survivals this one is way better because it's very detailed and highly interactive
That list is meh After playing hundreds of levels on LBP Vita I can say without a doubt there are much better levels than those. These are the best 17 levels I have played. 1.Skanda Heaven 2.Bound Vita: Prologue 3.Shadows Vita 4.2D/3D 5.They Came From My Nightmares 6.Minecraft Adventure 7.Lost Castle[platformer] 8.[LBLV1]Plumber 9.Real Big Planet 10.Timeless 11.Requiem For A Pachyderm 12.AbstraPhilis 13.Silent Hill: Last Exit. 14.Dear Catherine 15.Zombie V(vita) 16.The Thing 17.Cows on a Biplane
@AbrahamZX1 I already included five of those, but I'll be sure to check out the others you mentioned when I have some time to update this feature. Thanks :)
Finally getting my copy of Little Big Planet 2 for PS3. What can I say, I'm a sucker for infinitely generating content from the user community. When I get a Vita, this will definetly be on my list.
All I needed was LBP and the MG Collection. I'll be playing them for a loonnngg time.
Get a Vita. You won't regret it.
@BenderUnit22 Cool, I hope you like it :) If you didn't pick it up already (and assuming you're even remotely interested in card battling games) I recommend downloading Uncharted: Fight for Fortune. I've spent hours with it, and I believe it's only $4.99.
I've played all these levels and they are all fantastic. I've made a level on the vita called Luna Navigator that has save features if anyone would like to give it a try. Thanks :)
It's amazing how creative people are in little big planet, all these levels are great.
Thanks for sharing gspot.
LOL, for a minute I thought it was promoting LBP as Vita's BEST GAME, as in the best ever...Not quite!
And why shouldn't it be? It's one of the most creative and original games that have come out in a long time. Besides, why are you making a comment like that when the device hasn't been released that long?
@tgwolf And what would you say is Vita's best game? Because if LBP isn't it, it's damn close.
It probably is so far.
@tgwolf I couldn't agree more with u. I was expecting just another lbp game, but this one really surprised me. It is almost an endless expericence which desperately need to go online. I've played all these levels indicated in thi article and there are many many more as fun, you jut have to look 4 them
@TheEveryMan That's not what I meant. The online feature, in my opinion, is one of the triumphs of the game, which greatly expands it and shouldn't be missed by the players. Of course, the story mode is great, the characters are still funny, weird and make lbp vita's story one of the best so far... I love the game
What are you saying? You literally showered the game with praise in this comment and then go on to say you're only gripe with it is the fact it doesn't have online. Do all games need online to be great? LBP can benefit from it, but they've chosen not to, and that isn't a crime.
Amazing, I don't think I have the patience, or time, to make something that intricate. Nicely done, people.
I've been looking for someone to play this game with online. My PSN ID is "FourSwordFusion" for anyone up to play. I'm gonna go check these levels out now.
Thank you for posting all of these really cool user-created levels. It's nice that you guys are pretty much offering to promote Gamespotters' LBPV levels here on the site. I may have to check some of these out once I finally get the game!
