is there a way to export my pro?

I created myself in the game but only through the career mode and be a pro... unfortunately im only about 15 matches in before the game starts freezing at a certain point, and i can't sim past the date. I tried a couple of things just short of deleting and restarting my save, so im wondering if i can at least export my created player?? It doesn't show up in the main menu, created players because i didnt make him there.

If i can't fix the freeze which looks most likely, does that mean i have to start all over again? that really sucks because i spent a lot of time doing dribbles during the matches so i could increase certain attributes.

If you go to start a new career mode you will have to create a brand new pro unfortunately.

I was about 30 games into my first season with my pro and accidentally saved my manager mode on my VP file lol. Luckily though the auto-save file was there so I was able to recover it. Couldn't imagine having to start again given the progress I've made with my VP.
