Returning Player - Where to Party?

    I haven't played maybe since I was like 14. I'd like to get back into the game and hear about these fields of valor allowing you to solo. I'd like to level with a party but I'm not sure where and when. Right now I have a 21 BLM and 9 WHM on Bahamut. I have other questions floating in my head, but thats the only one that sticks out at the moment. Any suggestions?
