"Throughout much of popular culture, it's sadly pretty common to see gamers depicted as drooling, zoned out automatons. Slouched too close to the screen, they spastically smash their fingers against every button at once while gazing vacantly, as if lobotomized, into their television set. Whenever I see this, I wonder the same thing: what game could they possibly be playing? I finally know the unsavory truth of the matter. It turns out that they were being forced to play Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 all along, and they'll never fully recover."

It's even more common to see gamers depicted as teeth-gnashing looneys that are apt to go on a rampage of violence and destruction at any given moment. One wonders where they get that idea from?

^ Sandy Hook? TDKR premier? The prevalence and popularity of FPS- type games and their correlation with America's gun obsession and resultant, war zone- like gun death rates?
Dunno. Just spit ballin'...

So basically, you bought the game and didn't like it. As a result, you feel ripped off and completely betrayed. So you presumably returned/sold the game and are still mad you didn't get you 60 bucks worth. Hoping that everyone would feel your pain, you came to gamefaqs. Upon arriving, you saw mostly positive feedback for a game you felt doesn't deserve it. Seeing this, you felt that you had to be correct, because if you weren't , you would feel ashamed or mad or something. To make yourself feel better, you try and sway everyone to your opinion by finding any material calling the game bad, and posting negative things in comments.
I have been lurking these boards for quite some time now, and I must say this: the game isn't great, but I don't think it's bad. It took a couple steps backwards and not many forward, however, I got my 60 bucks out of it. I give it a 6/10 which is just slightly above average.
The main point, however, is that you are not going to change opinions. No amount of trolling or being insistent is going to change that. I like it and I will always like it. You don't like it and unless a miracle makes you play it again and then like it, you will always not like it. There are plenty of other games for you to buy or try that would be worth more of your time, than lurking these boards and trying to defy fate and change opinions.
Do what you will though, and a good day to you.

And let's not forget insinuating, if not outright saying, that anyone who professes to like the game must either be lying or mentally deficient.
Personally, I'd give it around a 7 out of 10. With better online it could've been an 8. And with Meridian Charts rather than these scrolls it could've been 8 and a bag of chips.

As with the belief that the use of the word 'basically' sounds [more] intelligent and, indeed, your belief that KR2 is anything but a sub par product that can only be swallowed by blinkered brand worshippers; you're
wrong.

If you think the word "basically" sounds smart, then words like epiphany, and precarious will blow your mind.

The thing about using quotes and links like that, is that if someone tears apart any flaws in them the person who quoted/linked them can simply shrug and say that they aren't his words. In some instances, it might also potentially dodge moderation with the debatable claim of providing potentially helpful information - such as "professional" reviews.

So basically, he DIDN'T buy the game and pissed and moaned to get a rise. Seriously, he's been throwing a tantrum about this game since before it came out. Stop feeding the troll, people.
Oh, and a critic review that didn't like a koei game, shocker.

MashYouGood doesn't like anything, he does this on every board, and it's a miracle he hasn't been banned yet.
